STEVIE® American Business Awards® Recognize Help at Home’s Innovation, Growth and Public Relations Initiatives

Home care organization’s industry leadership earns top-tier recognition

[CHICAGO, Ill. – June 26, 2024] Help at Home, the leading national provider of in-home, person-centered care for seniors, today announced recognition from the Stevie® Awards ® as winners in the following categories: Achievement in Product Innovation, Achievement in Growth and PR Campaign of the Year – Healthcare category in The 22nd Annual American Business Awards® program.

“We’re passionate about the work we do to create Great Days for individuals in their homes and proud to be recognized for the company’s efforts to responsibly advance home care while at the same time,  ensuring Help at Home’s deep-rooted “caring for the caregiver” culture remains strong and intact,” said Help at Home’s Chief Operating Officer Ray Smithberger.

For nearly 50 years, Help at Home has been a dedicated and community-oriented home care services provider for the most vulnerable populations. The company takes its responsibility seriously, and it is working to advance the industry to ensure the growing demands of seniors and disabled populations who want to age-in-place, as independently as possible, in their own home.

“We serve nearly 70K clients, spending 70M hours annually caring for medically complex, vulnerable and underserved populations,” said Care Coordination President Julie McCarter. “Our program is truly reflective of our core strengths and values. We’re leading with innovation to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients, as well as providing supports to our caregivers. We appreciate this Stevie Award recognition that reinforces the value of the team’s work to execute our vision to connect home care to health care.”

“The recognition of the company’s achievement in brand positioning as an industry leader reflects its commitment to clients and caregivers as we advance the industry,” said Vice President of Public Relations and Brand Kristen Trenaman. “Help at Home’s brand journey is a story that truly resonates and makes an impact in an industry that’s ripe for innovation and new ideas that can sustain and improve home care for the future. We’re appreciative of the Stevie’s for the recognition of the important work we’re doing.”
