Help at Home’s Chief Clinical Officer Recognized with McKnight’s Home Care Pinnacle Award
Award program recognizes industry veterans for inspirational achievements
[CHICAGO, Ill. – Dec 20, 2023] Help at Home announced recently that its Chief Clinical Officer Marianne Longo was named a Pinnacle Award Honoree in the “Agent of Change” category by McKnight’s Home Care. McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards honors industry veterans who have set standards, driven change, and provided guidance and inspiration to peers and the senior care, skilled nursing or home care sector at large.
Longo brings over 35 years of clinical experience in health care delivery as a clinical practice expert. In her current role, she leads clinical program strategy and design for the company’s integrated care delivery business segment. She is a change-maker, innovating clinical support services that connect home care to health care and address Social Determinants of Health (SdoH) to increase quality, improve clinical outcomes, reduce health disparities, and lower total cost of care.
“We’re very proud of this well-deserved recognition for Marianne,” said Help at Home’s Care Coordination President Julie McCarter. “Her expertise and clinical background combined with her passion for health equity and access to quality health care has made a tremendous impact at Help at Home, as well as in the communities our company serves to help create a healthier, more independent aging population.”
“With the Pinnacle Awards, McKnight’s is honoring the individuals who have not only reached the top of the profession but managed to remain there for years,” said Publisher Craig Roth. “They’ve inspired us in the past and they’ll continue to do so for as long as they remain in the field.”
Nominations were judged by an external panel of industry experts. All winners will be honored at McKnight’s in-person celebration on March 21. For more information about the 2024 McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards, please visit https://www.mcknightspinnacleawards.com/.
