Help at Home Leaders Recognized by Stevie® Awards for Women in Business

Award Recognizes Achievements of Women in Leadership

[CHICAGO, Ill. — Dec. 2, 2024] — Help at Home, the leading national provider of innovative, high-quality, in-home personal care services, announced today the recognition by the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business of several of its female leaders for their contributions to the company’s business initiatives. Chief Clinical Officer Marianne Longo and Chief Information Officer Carole Hodsdon each earned a Stevie Award for their achievements in the Health Care and Innovation categories.

Help at Home’s Chief Clinical Officer Marianne Longo, took home a silver Stevie in the “Woman of the Year in Healthcare” category. Longo leads clinical strategy for the company’s care management delivery program. Her passion for health equity and her clinical expertise combined with successful innovation and technology has led to the creation of clinical programs and care teams that are making a demonstrable impact on addressing health disparities in home care by connecting clients to the broader health care ecosystem.

Help at Home’s Chief Information Officer Carole Hodsdon earned a bronze Stevie in the “Most Innovative Woman of the Year” category for her leadership in the optimization of technology to support the company’s mission to advance the home care industry. Hodsdon’s success navigating transformational digital change and execution of strategies in AI, cybersecurity and sustainability has paved the way for business innovation and resilience.
