Help at Home Acquires Michigan-based Alliance Home Health Care Services
Transaction Expands Company’s Breadth in Southwest Michigan
(CHICAGO, Illinois, June 8, 2022) Help at Home, a leading national provider of in-home, person-centered care for seniors, announced today, the acquisition of Michigan-based Alliance Home Health Care Services. Headquartered in Holland, Alliance provides in-home care services across seven counties in Southwest Michigan, including branch offices in the areas of Allegan, Dowagiac, Holland, Muskegon, St. Joseph, and Greater Grand Rapids. The latest acquisition expands Help at Home’s existing nine-branch network in Michigan, as well as broadens its commitment to providing personal care services to chronic, complex clients throughout the state.
